What we can help with

• Payments and refunds: include your Razorpay payment ID (it's in your payment confirmation). See our refund policy.
• A link that won't open or looks wrong: send us the link and the phone or browser you used.
• Editing or deleting a surprise: you can do this any time from My Account, or ask us.
• Reporting a link that is abusive or misused: use “Report this link” on the page, or email us.

What you're buying

An interactive surprise page for one occasion, delivered instantly as a personal link after payment (₹199, paid once). Links stay live for 12 months.
