Refunds and cancellations

You can make and preview every surprise for free before paying, so you know exactly what you're buying.

When we refund

• You were charged but didn't receive your link or file.
• You were charged more than once for the same surprise.
• Your link or file doesn't open in a current version of Chrome or Safari and we can't fix it for you.

How to ask

Email hello@hellounwrap.com within 7 days of payment with your Razorpay payment ID (it's in your payment confirmation). Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Cancellations

Each surprise is a one-time purchase, so there's no subscription to cancel.
