Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped by post, and there are no delivery charges.

What you receive

An interactive surprise page for one occasion, delivered as your own personal link (for example hellounwrap.com/you/for-sara), which you can send on WhatsApp or anywhere else.

When you receive it

Instantly. Your link is ready on screen as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds, and it's always available in My Account.

How long it lasts

Your link stays live for 12 months. You can edit or delete it at any time.

If something goes wrong

If you paid but didn't get your link, email hello@hellounwrap.com with your Razorpay payment ID and we'll send it or refund you. See our refund policy.
